Burglars hit Bridge St. offices
METUCHEN — Several offices at the Bridge Pointe office complex at Bridge Street and Route 27 were reported burglarized just before the holidays, police said.
Five offices were targeted in the thefts, all of which were reported the morning of Dec. 20, said Officer David Liantonio.
In each instance, entry was gained by slipping the front doorknob locks, Liantonio said.
Computer equipment valued at an approximate total of $1,100 was reported taken from four of the offices, he said.
An attempt to break into a fifth office was unsuccessful, Liantonio said.
There are no suspects at this time.
