Women’s agency to continue education series

Women Helping Women (WHW) will continue its education series, "Dine & Discover," at 6 p.m. on Jan. 25, with "Our Minds/Our Bodies: Working Together For Change" — at Clouseau’s Restaurant, 12 New St., Metuchen

• "The Value of Friendships: Growing & Changing" — March 29 at the Metuchen Inn, 424 Middlesex Ave.

• "Choices & Changes: Living a Purposeful Life" — May 17 at Dan’s on Main, 426 Main St., Metuchen

Each seminar will be led by Bethann Albert, a licensed social worker. Cost per seminar is $45 for members and $50 for nonmembers. Cost of the complete series is $160 for members and $175 for nonmembers. To register, call WHW at (732) 549-6000.

Women Helping Women is a United Way agency serving more than 5,000 children, teens and women each year with low-cost counseling and support services.
