Reader declares time has come to initiate 6-acre zoning

Throughout the centuries, population increased but land was always in abundance, and the notion that land is a constant and population a variable was given little thought. But here in New Jersey — the most densely populated state in the union — people are slowly coming to the realization that well-being for the family structure, for clean air and clean water, and for open space requires that we initiate 6-acre zoning.

Those who in the past and in the present have financially benefited by keeping things the way they are at the expense of their fellow citizens will continue to resist 6-acre zoning by might, money and deception. But the time for 6-acre zoning has arrived. We have reached a watershed in human history, and there is no turning back.
