Registration for the Mercer County Women’s Modified Softball will be held Feb. 16 from 7-9 p.m. at the Recreation/Events Center at 1638 Old Trenton Road. The New Jersey Federation of Baseball Umpires will hold its clinic on the following dates: Feb. 22 and 24, March 1, 3, 8, 10, 17 and 22, with an exam on March 24. The 12U/14U/16U Jersey Intensity fastpitch softball will be holding tryouts for the 2005 season. The Intensity organization is a Junior Olympic softball program, affiliated with ASA, NSA and Pony. The New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse Officials Association will be holding cadet classes for individuals interested in officiating boys lacrosse. Classes will be held throughout the state.
