Schools dismiss early

Due to the snowstorm, which began during the late morning hours, the regular meeting of the Hopewell Township Committee, scheduled for tonight (Feb. 28) at 7 p.m., has been canceled.
It has been rescheduled to Monday, March 7, at 7 p.m., at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building, Scotch Road and Route 546, Titusville.
Also canceled was a school board Finance Committee meeting, slated for tonight. The replacement date has not been set.
Children attending Valley schools were dismissed today as follows: noon, secondary; 1 p.m., elementary.
