Gloria Ubry South

   Gloria Ubry South, 74, died Saturday at her residence.
   Born in Lawrenceville, Ms. South was a lifelong area resident.
   A retired private secretary for Gen. George I. Bach at the Pentagon for the Department of Defense, Ms. South also was a longtime business partner with her husband in the family business, Stenzel & South Oil Inc., and was active in the Alzheimer Care Group.
   Daughter of the late William F. Ubry Sr. and Hannah Straub Ubry, mother of the late Gloria Amelia South, and sister of the late William Ubry Jr., she is survived by her husband of 54 years, Arthur South; three sons and daughters-in-law, Arthur Wayne and Charlene M. South of Bristol, Pa., Bryan and Michele South of Hamilton Township, and Glenn and Ann South of Bernards Township; a daughter, Valerie South of Winchester, Va.; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Henry J. Sorgler Jr. of Ewing Township and Theodore and Lyn Ubry of Lawrenceville; a sister, Catherine May Wisbeski of South Bound Brook; a sister-in-law, Janice Ubry of Pennington; three grandchildren, Casey, Amanda, and Jennifer South; four step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Hartmann Memorial Home, 2830 Nottingham Way, Mercerville. The clergy of St. Mark United Methodist Church will officiate.
   Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
   Calling hours will be from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
