Nutrition-health link to be discussed in E.B.

The Wellness Education Foundation, East Brunswick, will present a free community lecture titled “The Nutrition and Health Link” at 7:30 p.m. on March 24 at Care One of East Brunswick, 599 Cranbury Road.

Guest speakers James Lynch Jr., M.D., of Alternative Integrated Medical Services, East Brunswick, and James Young, regional executive, the American Cancer Society, will offer information on how following the proper diet can slow down the aging process, boost the immune system and increase energy. Participants will learn how junk-food diets, dehydration, depleted soil, environmental pollutants and nutritional deficiencies contribute to poor health.
