Lambertville

   Pablo Bielma, 32, of Flemington was charged with drunken driving and eluding police July 26.
   Police said Mr. Bielma was spinning the tires on his vehicle on George Street at about 12:30 a.m. When police tried to stop him, they said, he took off at a high rate of speed and ran a stop sign.
   Mr. Bielma turned off the headlights and went north on Union Street before pulling over on Delevan Street, police said.
   He also was charged with careless driving, driving without headlights and running two stop signs.
   He was taken to the Hunterdon County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
   Gregory Williamson, 26, of Lambertville was arrested on an outstanding warrant July 25 after police saw him on Douglas Street.
   Police stopped Mr. Williamson at about 7:30 p.m. He was listed as wanted for failing to pay child support. A criminal warrant, issued by Flemington for failing to appear on drug charges, also was found.
   Mr. Williamson was taken to the Hunterdon County Jail and held without bail.
   Stephen Foran, 23, of Flemington was charged with drunken driving Friday after being stopped for tailgating.
   Police said Mr. Foran was stopped on Route 179 at 1 a.m. after he was following another vehicle too closely.
   He also was charged with tailgating and careless driving and released without bail.
   Edelvon Pereira, 36, of Riverside, N.J., was charged with presenting fraudulent government documents after allegedly producing a fraudulent driver’s license after being stopped July 28.
   Mr. Pereira was stopped on McDowell Drive at 8 a.m. after a check revealed his vehicle had a suspended registration, police said. When asked for his license, Mr. Pereira presented a fake international driver’s license, police said.
   The vehicle also was not insured.
   Mr. Pereira also was charged with driving an uninsured and suspended vehicle, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license.
   He was released after posting $500 bail. The vehicle was impounded.
   Erica Brooks, 25, of Ewing was charged with drunken driving July 24 at 2:15 a.m.
   Police said Ms. Brooks was stopped on Route 29 for speeding. She also was charged with speeding and released without bail.
   Robert Kelly, 31, of Langhorne, Pa., was arrested on an outstanding warrant Friday after being stopped for speeding.
   Police said Mr. Kelly’s truck was going 53 mph in a posted 35-mph zone on Route 165 at about 9:30 a.m.
   A check revealed a warrant for his arrest from Ocean City for failing to appear on traffic charges.
   He was charged with speeding and released after posted $187 bail.
New Hope

   Riina Corrigan, 18, and a 17-year-old woman, both of Furlong, Pa., were charged July 28 at 8:42 p.m. with retail theft for allegedly removing items from a South Main Street establishment.
   Christopher Wittig, 20, of Newtown, Pa., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage drinking, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and carrying a false identification card as a result of an incident at a South Main Street establishment July 2.
