Brandt M. Koehler, 25, died Friday, Dec. 30, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, S.C.
He was born in New Brunswick and raised in Monmouth Junction. Most recently he resided in Johnson City, Tenn., before moving to Myrtle Beach, S.C. He was an auto salesman for Nissan in Tennessee. He attended St. Augustine Grammar School and South Brunswick High School.
He is survived by his father, Gerhard "Garry" Koehler of Monmouth Junction; his mother, Sharon (Boyle) Palan and her husband, Kevin Palan, of North Carolina; his brother, Kris; his sister, Leah; his grandparents, Beatrice and Raymond Boyle of South Carolina; nieces and nephews, Krystal and Toni Koehler and Lianna, Kyle and Faith Wavershak; his aunt and uncle, Janice and Michael Rogers; his aunt and uncle, Colleen and her husband, Michael Ehret; and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 5, at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Ave., Edison, followed by a private cremation. Family and called Wednesday, Jan. 4, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Association, 2600 Route 1, North Brunswick, N.J. 08902.
