** You must agree to the rules in order to enter the Sweepstakes.

1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL
NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. There is no cash or
exchange value for prizes, and prizes are not transferable.
Void where prohibited by law.

2 Eligibility: Must be 18 or older to enter. The Sweepstakes
is open to all legal residents of [NJ and PA]. [Princeton
Packet, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, all sponsors,
advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated
with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes and
their respective employees, families, and assigns, are not
eligible to enter. Limit one prize per winner and one winner
per household. Sweepstakes begins 12:01AM ET 12/23,
2005 and ends 4:00 PM ET 1/6/2006. For purposes
of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern ("ET").



3 To enter: Online – Go to [Packetonline.com] and click
on the Disney On Ice icon. Type in the appropriate information
requested.

4 Prizes: A total of 1 Sweepstakes winners
will be selected. Each winner will receive 4 tickets
to Disney
On Ice presents Princess Classics
at the Sovereign Bank Arena,
for Thursday – 1/12/2006 – 7PM.


5 Conditions: The entrants and winners release the owners
and employees of Princeton packet, its parents, subsidiaries,
and affiliates, Feld Entertainment, Inc. and its related
and affiliated companies, all sponsors, advertising and
promotion agencies and all others associated with the development
and execution of this Sweepstakes and the respective employees,
agents and assigns of each of them, from and against any
and all liability with respect to or in any way arising
from the Sweepstakes and the awarding and use of the prizes,
including, without limitation, liability for personal injury
and/or property damage. Winners are solely responsible for
any and all taxes on prize, as well as any and all expenses
related to the prize not specified herein By entering, unless
prohibited by law, each winner consents to the use of his
or her name, address, voice, photographs and/or likeness,
biographical and prize information and/or statements about
the promotion for advertising or publicity purposes for
this and similar promotions without compensation. Sponsors
retain the right to make decisions in their sole discretion
regarding the interpretation and application of these rules.
All decisions of the sponsors are final.

6 Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend upon the number
of people entering.

7 Estimated Value: The estimated value of the prizes is
$80 and is based on information supplied by the Sweepstakes
sponsors and is not subject to challenge by winners or entrants.


8 If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of the
Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including
infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical
failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens
the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes,
the sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion,
to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of
the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE
FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT
IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES. Information submitted
in Internet entries, including the entrant’s name, address,
e-mail address, etc. in Internet entries, including entrant’s

of the sponsors, and may be used by sponsors for marketing
