Police Blotter for the week of Jan. 20

East Windsor
   One local man was injured and a teenage girl from the township was issued a summons after their vehicles collided last week at Dutch Neck Road and Morrison Avenue, police said.
   Benjamin Paucay, 24, of Winchester Drive was eastbound on Dutch Neck Road at about 1:30 p.m. Jan. 13 when Kelly Bircsac, 17, of Dorchester Drive turned left from Morrison Avenue onto Dutch Neck, police said. Ms. Bircsac had failed to yield at the stop sign, police said.
   Mr. Paucay’s Ford Explorer sport utility vehicle spun around and flipped onto its roof. He suffered cuts on his face and arms and was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, police said. The hospital had no record of his treatment.
   Ms. Bircsac was charged with failure to yield.

   Dominick R. Mandarano, 23, of Hightstown was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated. Police said they saw his vehicle traveling at a high speed through the Town Center parking lot and onto Town Center Drive.
   Mr. Mandarano also was charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to keep right and having unsafe tires.

   Rajeshkum B. Chaudhari, 29, of Twin Rivers was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated.
   Police said they met with Mr. Chaudhari in the lobby of the police building, concerning an employment matter he wished to report and observed that he had slurred speech and was having difficulty standing. Further investigation revealed that he had driven to the police station, police said.
   Mr. Chaudhari also was charged with reckless driving and careless driving.

   Deep scratches to a car parked in the lot of building 56 of the Windsor Regency Complex were reported to police.The incident occurred between 10 p.m. Jan. 3 and 8 a.m. Jan. 14. The damage was estimated at $300.

   Deep scratches to a car parked in the parking lot of Target on Princeton Hightstown Road were reported to police Sunday. The damage was estimated at $500.
Hightstown
   
Nicole Keefer, 21, of Cherry Hill was charged with multiple counts of forgery Friday.
   Police said Ms. Keefer took personal checks and a credit card from a residence at which she used to live and subsequently forged five checks and made several credit card transactions, totaling $2,400.
   Ms. Keefer also was charged with credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of moveable property.

Reginald Corley, 60, of East Windsor was charged early Saturday morning with driving while intoxicated in a school zone.
   Police said they observed Mr. Corley’s vehicle driving erratically, swerving in the lane of travel and signaling erroneous turns on Stockton Street.
   Mr. Corley also was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to signal a turn.

Clayton Levrets, 18, of Hightstown was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia Saturday night.
   Police said officers were dispatched to the Bennett Place area as a result of a complaint that an occupied vehicle had been parked in front of a resident’s home for more than an hour.
   When police arrived, officers said they saw the passenger conceal an object inside his coat. After the officer detected the smell of burnt marijuana, a pipe with trace amounts of marijuana fell from Mr. Levrets’ shirt upon exiting the vehicle, and a search revealed a second pipe, police said.

Patrice Labelle, 44, of Allentown was charged Sunday night with driving while intoxicated.
   Police said they observed Mr. Labelle’s vehicle crossing the center line and drifting within the lane while traveling east on Franklin Street.
   He also was charged with driving while intoxicated in a school zone, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane.
