Martin Levine

   Martin Levine, 75, of Monroe, died Monday, Feb. 6, at his home.
   Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mr. Levine was a resident of Edison for 32 years before moving to Monroe four years ago. Mr. Levine was a volunteer at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison. He was a member of the Yiddish Club at Clearbrook; a member of The Workmen’s Circle Branch 1000 in New York City; the Jewish Congregation at Clearbrook and Temple Beth Ohr in Clark. Prior to his retirement in 1993, Mr. Levine worked in appliance sales for many years.
   He was an avid fisherman.
   He was the beloved husband of Miriam for 53 years; devoted father of Sharri Levine, Robin Hoch and Howard Levine; and loving grandfather of Rachel, Matthew, Marissa and Mark.
   Services were held Thursday, Feb. 9, at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Ave., Manalapan.
