Steven W. Velenger
   HAMILTON — Steven W. Velenger, 84, died March 28.
   Born in Trenton, Mr. Velenger was a 48-year resident of Mercerville. He was a graduate of Trenton Catholic High School in 1940.
   A decorated World War II veteran, Mr. Velenger served as chief engineer for the Trenton Board of Education for 37 years. He ran the Joyce Kilmer Elementary School and Robbins Elementary School in Trenton, was very active in community affairs and coached area basketball and baseball teams for many years. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church in Mercerville.
   Mr. Velenger is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary M. Velenger; a daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ann and Raymond Ferrara of Skillman; two sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen W. III and Edith Velenger of Mercerville, and David J. and Katherine Velenger of Allentown; six granddaughters, Katrina, Rachael and Alexandra Ferrara, Stephanie, Allison and Christa Velenger; a grandson, Aiden Gabriel Velenger; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Velenger was predeceased by his siblings, Charles, John and James Velenger, Isabel Riggi and Ann Zamparelli.
   Funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish, Mercerville. Interment followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton. Contributions may be made to Hamilton PAL (Police Athletic League), P.O. Box 3081, Hamilton, NJ 08619 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
John Parks
   LAWRENCE — John Parks, 98, died March 29 in St. Josephs’ Skilled Nursing Center in Lawrenceville.
   Born in Rutherglen, Scottland, Mr. Parks lived in New Jersey most of his life. He was a graduate of New York University and retired as an accountant for ESNA Corp. of Union. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family.
   Husband of the late Catherine Park, grandfather of the late Beth Ann Drake and great-grandfather of the late George Alexander Drake, he is survived by his two daughters and one son-in-law, Barbara and James Drake of Allentown, and Andrea Park of Eustis, Fla.; two grandchildren, Kevin Drake and his wife, Rea, and Amy E. Drake; and a great-grandson, James Ryan Drake.
   Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Morris Hall Chapel, Lawrenceville. Interment followed in St. John’s Cemetery, Allentown. Lillian "Pat" Rittmann
   HAMILTON — Lillian "Pat" Rittmann, 89, died March 31 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
   Born in Wilmington, Dela., Mrs. Rittmann was a lifelong resident of Hamilton Square and a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church in Hamilton Square. She retired from the former Mercer Rubber Co. of Hamilton Square.
   She is survived by her husband of 63 years, George D. Rittmann; a daughter and son-in-law, Diane and John Jackson of Robbinsville; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Helen Patterson of Hamilton Square; three grandchildren, Jennifer and David Jackson, and Jaime Riley and her husband, Christian; a great-granddaughter, Alexa; and many nieces and nephews.
   Funeral was held at Saul Colonial Home, Hamilton Square. Cremation will be private. Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
