Senior Menus-April 27, 2006

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, April 27 — Chicken rice soup, loin of pork with gravy, scalloped potatoes, sliced beets in orange sauce, applesauce, dinner roll and rice pudding. Puzzle Day.
   Friday, April 28 — Apple juice, cheese lasagna with meat sauce, green beans, tossed salad with chick peas, Italian bread and fruit cocktail. Bingo.
   Saturday, April 29 — Cranapple juice, tuna salad, rye bread, three-bean salad, fruit, sandwich cookies and milk.
   Sunday, April 30 — Blended juice, sliced turkey, wheat bread, minced coleslaw, fruit, chocolate cupcake and milk.
   Monday, May 1 — Vegetable rice soup, chicken divan with sauce, red potatoes, steamed spinach, citrus sections, dinner roll and apple crumb cake. Bingo.
   Tuesday, May 2 — Cranapple juice, barbecued rib tickler, macaroni and cheese, zucchini, applesauce, rye bread and rice pudding. Cards.
   Wednesday, May 3 — Apple juice, veal parmesan, spaghetti with tomato sauce, green beans, tossed salad, Italian bread and vanilla ice cream. Bingo.
   Thursday, May 4 — Seafood bisque, Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, pineapple chunks, pumpernickel bread and angel food cake. Bring a Friend to Lunch Day.
