Boy Scouts collecting U.S. flags to be retired

Boy Scout Troop No. 129, Old Bridge, is collecting worn, tattered or faded U.S. flags to be respectfully retired at an upcoming troop ceremony.

Flags may be dropped off in the collection boxes at the following locations:

+ St. Ambrose Church, 94 Throckmorton Lane, Old Bridge;

+ Old Bridge Public Library, Old Bridge municipal complex, Route 516 and Cottrell Road;

+ Most Holy Redeemer Church, 133 Amboy Road, Old Bridge;

+ Trinity Church, 18 Ryers Lane, Matawan;

+ Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh, 15 Oak St., Old Bridge;

+ Boy Scouts of America, Central New Jersey Council Service Center, 4315 Route 1 south, South Brunswick.
