The Saint Genesius Players nonprofit theater group will hold auditions for its summer production of Stephen Schwartz’s musical “Children of Eden” on June 2, 3, 6 and 9 at the Dance Carousel, 75 Summerhill Road, Spotswood.
The audition schedule is as follows:
+ June 2, 6:30-9:30 p.m. – for individuals age 15 and older;
+ June 3, 12:30-2:30 p.m. – age 15 and older, with call backs until 4:30 p.m.;
+ June 6, 6:30-9:30 p.m. – additional auditions, as necessary;
+ June 9, 6:30-9:30 p.m. – individuals age 15 and younger (callbacks to follow).
Participants should sing 16 bars of a song in the style of the show and be prepared to dance. An accompanist will be provided. Rsums and head shots are requested.
The show will be produced by: Jessica L. Pfeiffer, directed by: David J. Cruse, musically directed by: Candice Leigh Helfand and choreographed by Marisa Maffia.
