The township of East Brunswick will hold its third annual “Movies in the Park,” beginning July 13 with “Madagascar.” The film is rated PG. “Wallace & Grommit in the Curse of the Were-Rabbit,” rated G, will be shown Aug. 1.
Both films are free, and the evening begins at 7:45 p.m. with clowns and cartoon characters to keep children occupied until show time at 8:45 p.m. Films are shown outdoors at the municipal pond across from East Brunswick Library, and attendees may bring lawn chairs or blankets. Free “glow” necklaces will be given to the children. The rain location is Churchill Junior High School, Norton Road.
