The Jackson Women of Today unveiled its new cookbook, “Friends Cooking for a Cause,” at a dinner hosted by the Central Jersey Italian American Club, Jackson, on Feb. 2. The new cookbook includes 300 recipes from members of local groups and businesses as well as members of the United States Women of Today. Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will benefit the Jackson Food Pantry and the local and national Women of Today organizations.
The book may be obtained by mailing a check for $13.50 (includes shipping) payable to Jackson Women of Today to P.O. Box 1042, Jackson 08527.
