The Monmouth Conservatory of Music (MCM), 50 White St., Red Bank, is offering the Summer Music Discovery Camp program again this summer.
New this summer is a Music Discovery Camp for ages 4-6, that meets in one-week sessions beginning June 25, July 9 and July 16.
Each camp week will culminate in a performance. Camp meets 10 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday; tuition is $180
For children ages 7 to 12, Music Discovery Camp will feature introduction to a new instrument, listening to and/or playing in small ensembles, singing together, music theory groups, guest artists, videos, and performance. Weeklong sessions meet Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; tuition is $325.
Summer Orchestra Camp for children with experience playing a stringed instrument will meet in one-week sessions, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A performance will be held on the last day of each session; tuition is $325.
