Robert B. Taylor

   Robert B. Taylor, 87, died Sunday in the Compassionate Care Hospice, Trenton.
   Born in Trenton and a former resident of Ewing Township, he had resided in Pennington for the last year.
   Mr. Taylor was in the automobile business most of his life, working at Johnson Cadillac and Pitcairn Volkswagon. He later worked at the New Jersey State Police Headquarters in West Trenton until his retirement.
   He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a former prisoner of war.
   Mr. Taylor was a member and elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Ewing and the Ewing Presbyterian Church Seniors.
   Son of the late John and Elsie Kuhl Taylor, brother of the late William, John and Donald Taylor, Bernice Stambaugh and Elsie Taylor and husband of the late Marian Nickel Taylor, he is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Joseph Saiia; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Susan Taylor; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Lillan Taylor and Charles and Fay Taylor.
   The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville.
   Entombment will be in the Ewing Church Cemetery Mausoleum.
   Family and friends may call Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
