Plan for offices to be reviewed

EAST WINDSOR — The Planning Board is scheduled to view a site plan application next week for an office complex comprising 13 buildings at Town Center Road and North Main Street.
Kayamko, a real estate development company with partners from New Jersey, Philadelphia and Florida, is asking to develop the 33-acre site behind Route 133. The complex would consist of 10 one-story buildings and three two-story buildings for office, storage, and daycare center space with a total square footage of 235,500.
The application seeks a minor variance to create a 50-foot buffer for landscaping at the rear of the proposed buildings.
According to Kayamko’s attorney, Frank Patrino, some of the applicants were part of the real estate development team that developed the Target Shopping Center on Princeton-Hightstown Road in East Windsor.
The board is slated to meet Monday night.
