Lucy Ferri
   NORTH LAS VEGAS, NEV. — Lucy Maiorino Ferri died Sept. 25 at the age of 85.
   Born in Trenton and a graduate of Trenton High School Class of 1939, she earned a degree in business education from The College of New Jersey (Trenton State Teachers’ College) in 1943. She taught business courses at Burlington High School for several years.
   During World War II, Mrs. Ferri had been a pen pal to many former students and other members of the armed services
   A resident of Levittown, Pa. from 1958 to 2005, she was very involved in the Middletown Athletic Association.
   Wife of the late Rosato A. Ferri, her husband of 60 years, Mrs. Ferri is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Linda Ferri and Norbert Kubilus of North Las Vegas, and Rita Ferri of Foxridge, Md.; four sons and three daughters-in-law, John and Tona Ferri of Las Vegas, Russell and Kristie Ferri of Yardley, Pa., Michael Ferri of Jamul, Calif., and Arthur and Maria Ferri of Langhorne, Pa.; and 11 grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Marie Baker of New Egypt, and Annette and Eugene Tolomeo of Oakland; and her brother, Joseph Maiorino of Robbinsville.
   A funeral mass was celebrated Monday at St. David the King Catholic Church, Princeton Junction, with burial in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton.
