The New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium (NJMSC) will hold its fifth annual “Hallow-Marine” program Oct. 27 from 4-8 p.m. beginning at building 22, Fort Hancock, Sandy Hook.
The event is a 45-minute haunted marsh tour, and will feature myths and the history of Sandy Hook. It includes effects such as strange lights and spooky sounds.
