Biagio J. Russo

Mr. Russo, 91, of the Morganville section of Marlboro, died Oct. 14, 2007, at Gardens at Monroe Healthcare and Rehabilitation. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and had lived there for 87 years before moving to Englishtown for five years and then Morganville for a short time. Prior to retiring, he was a plumber for the Brooklyn Naval Yard. Mr. Russo was predeceased by his wife, Rose, in 2002, as well as four siblings, William, Donald, Gin and Marie. Surviving are three sons, Charles, Frank and Vincent Loccisano; two daughters, Loretta Mollo and Rosemarie Alberti; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and six nieces and nephews. The funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, Manalapan, followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold Township. Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan, was in charge of arrangements.
