Mrs. Ferko, 74, of North Brunswick, died Nov. 10, 2007, at home. Born in Slovakia, she resided in Metuchen prior to relocating to North Brunswick 20 years ago. Mrs. Ferko was employed at Pathmark Supermarkets, Edison, for 10 years, retiring in 1995. She was a communicant of Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Somerset. She was predeceased by her husband, John Ferko, in 1998. Surviving are two daughters and one son-inlaw, Mary and Milan Olexa, and Anna Ferko, all of North Brunswick; three sisters, Verona, Katka, and Anna, all of Slovakia; three brothers, Stefan, Jan and Berty, all of Slovakia; and three grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at Saints Peter and Paul Church, followed by burial at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Hopelawn.
