Mrs. Hoffman, 82, of Boulder, Colo., died Dec. 26, 2007, at home. Born in Staten Island, N.Y., she had resided in Freehold Township before moving to Boulder seven years ago. Mrs. Hoffman was a nurse’s aide at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, prior to retiring. She was predeceased by her husband, William Harry Hoffman, in 1991. Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, William B. and Helen Hoffman of Eatontown, Gary S. and Diane Hoffman of Howell, and Scott C. and Sandy Hoffman of Croydon, Pa.; a daughter, Robbin L. Hoffman of Boulder; a brother, Charles Bennett of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. A funeral service was held at Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold. Interment took place at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover.
