Bryan Clark, 22, of Hopewell Township was charged with driving while intoxicated at 12:58 a.m. Saturday following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance.
Brittney Holmes, 20, of Princeton, was charged with misrepresentation of age at 12:58 a.m. Sunday following an investigation at the Ivy Inn, 248 Nassau St., police said. Ms. Holmes was arrested after using a fraudulent identification card in an attempt to gain entry into the establishment, police said. She was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on her own recognizance.
Keith Wilson, 34, of Philadelphia was arrested at 5:14 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant of $385 from Mansfield Township Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Road, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on bail.
Donnell Armstrong, 34, of Trenton was arrested at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant of $89 from Trenton Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on bail.
John Landers, 25, of Riverton was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Sunday on a warrant of $171 from Florence Township Municipal Court following a pedestrian stop on Nassau and Witherspoon streets, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on bail.
West Windsor
Jermaine Evans, 36, of Hamilton was arrested for shoplifting after he tried to steal $45 in medicine from the Target store in Nassau Park shopping center at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday, police said. Loss prevention officers observed Mr. Evans put the medicine in his sweatpants and pass all points of sale, according to the report.
Someone stole the wallet and cell phone from an employee at Williams-Sonoma at MarketFair between 6:15 and 7:15 p.m. Wednesday. The suspect is a tall black male wearing a baseball cap and jeans and a long red, white and blue jacket. He was seen in the back room of the store and was told to leave by the victim, who later noticed he had taken the wallet and the cell phone, police said. The cell phone was valued at $100. There was $70 in cash and credit cards in the wallet.
Someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked at a Jeffrey Lane residence and stole a purse containing $40 in cash and credit cards between 10:30 p.m. March 16 and 7:30 a.m. March 17.
Horace Grant III, 22, of Trenton was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in a motor vehicle following an investigation at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday on Everett Drive. Police said they saw Mr. Grant’s car pulled over and believed he was experiencing car problems. An officer approached the car and smelled the odor burnt marijuana and after receiving consent to search the car, police soon found the drug, according to the report.
Daniel Damiani, 19, of Ewing was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Route 1 at Quakerbridge Road at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Police stopped Mr. Damiani’s car for speeding, and soon smelled the odor of burnt marijuana, according to the report. The responding officer received written consent to search the car and soon found the marijuana, police said.
Lucas Kubicek, 21, of Lawrence was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and careless driving following a traffic stop at the intersection of Old Trenton Road and Edinburg Road at midnight Tuesday. Police stopped Mr. Kubicek’s car after observing him make an especially wide turn in which he drove on a nearby sidewalk, according to the report.
Samantha Moore, 19, of West Windsor, a passenger, was charged with being intoxicated while under the legal age.
Plainsboro
Ryan P. Purdon, 23, of Quail Ridge Drive was arrested and charged with various drug-related offenses following a traffic stop on Plainsboro Road at 1:48 a.m. Tuesday. Police said they pulled over Mr. Purdon’s car after seeing it swerve on the roadway, and soon detected the odor of burnt marijuana. A search revealed Mr. Purdon to be in possession of marijuana and some paraphernalia, according to the report. Mr. Purdon was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled and dangerous substance, failure to maintain a lane, careless driving, driving an uninsured vehicle, and possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Two Plainsboro residents were charged with weapons-related offenses after being arrested at 6:52 p.m. Tuesday. After receiving reports of two males shooting pellet guns at traffic, responding police found David Foppes, 18, of Tamarron Drive, and a 14-year-old juvenile shooting at traffic with a pellet rifle and pellet pistol, according to the report. They were arrested, with Mr. Foppes being taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center in lieu of $5,000 bail, and the juvenile being released to his parents.
