Mr. Hembling, 90, of Rumson, died May 29, 2008. He was the retired manager of Charles B. Hembling & Son, Shrewsbury, which he took over in 1946. Prior to that, he was employed at Bendix and Eastern Airlines. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Margaret Throckmorton Hembling; two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna H. and Pete Fogle of Lancaster, Pa., and Elizabeth H. and Frank Lawrence of Shrewsbury; a son and daughter-in-law, Guy T. and Gail Hembling of Rumson; and five grandchildren. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
