• Proceeds Night, to benefit Our Lady of Lourdes School, Milltown, 5-9 p.m., at TGI Friday’s, Route 1 south, North Brunswick. Restaurant will donate 20 percent of each school supporter’s check (eat-in or takeout) to the school. Diners must present event flier for donation to count. • Alain Zerbini Family Circus, presented by the Jamesburg Civic Association, sponsored by E.P. Henry and Gray Rock Supply Co., 5 and 7:30 p.m., rain or shine, on the John F. Kennedy School grounds, Front Street and Davison Avenue, Jamesburg. Traditional circus for all ages. Pony and camel rides, “bounce house” before show and during intermission. Advance-sale tickets cost $10 for four tickets, $5 for each additional ticket (children under age 3 admitted free of charge), available at the following Jamesburg locations: Barbara’s Antiques, 35 E. • Proceeds Night, sponsored by the Samsel Upper Elementary School PTO, Sayreville, 5-9 p.m., at TGI Friday’s, Route 9 north, Old Bridge. Participants should tell their server that they are there to support Samsel Upper Elementary School PTO. Restaurant will donate 20 percent of each supporter’s bill (pretax) to the PTO, which provides special activities and programs for Samsel students through fundraising. • Immaculate Conception Church Carnival, 5-11 p.m. June 12 and 13, 3-11 p.m. June 14, on the church grounds, 23 Manalapan Road, Spotswood. Rides and games of chance for all ages; beer garden; food pavilion with specials every night (June 12, barbecued chicken; June 13, fish fry); zeppole, ice cream, funnel cakes, fried Oreos, more; entertainment tent; local and New York radio stations providing music, trivia, games.
