Keep Middlesex Moving would like residents to be aware of road work on Route 287 northbound over Route 1 in Edison and South Plainfield beginning June 27.
Work will begin on the Route 287 bridge over Route 1. Southbound traffic will remain unchanged. The two rightmost northbound lanes will be shifted to the right and over the new bridge deck. The two leftmost northbound lanes will remain unchanged. The acceleration and deceleration lane will be closed.
