Mr. Hussey, 44, of Neptune City, died July 20, 2008, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Red Bank, he resided in Laurence Harbor, prior to relocating to Neptune City, 13 years ago. He was a self-employed general contractor. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles M. and Elizabeth Paterson Hussey; a sister, Elizabeth Zawartkay; and a brother, Charles M. Hussey Jr. He is survived by his wife, Carol D. Rosen Hussey; a sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Allen Whatton of Old Bridge; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were by Day Funeral Home, Keyport.
