Harry Emerman

   Harry Emerman, 90, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the Inn at Aston Gardens in Parkland, Fla.
   Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he lived in North Woodmere, N.Y., and Cranbury, for several years before moving to Boca Raton, Fla. in 1997.
   Mr. Emerman was the founder and owner of Nemo Drapery Hardware Corporation on Long Island before retiring in 1985. He was an active member of Temple Hillel and B’nai Brith in North Woodmere, N.Y. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was an avid golfer and tennis player, and also enjoyed playing bridge and traveling with his family.
   His wife of 45 years, Sylvia, died in 1996. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Edward and Wendy Emerman of Plainsboro, and Stuart and Frances Emerman of East Meadow, N.Y.; four granddaughters, Robyn, Amy, Sarah and Michelle Emerman; one sister, Ida Brodsky; one brother, Samuel; and several nieces and nephews.
