Mrs. Connelly, 78, of Oceanport, died Aug. 22, 2008. She and her husband were retired owners and operators of Adams Memorial Home, Red Bank. Prior to that, she was a flight attendant with Eastern Airlines, and was also employed at RCA, Princeton, and Monmouth University, West Long Branch. She was predeceased by a brother, Charles R. Eckert; and two sisters, Shirley A. Barber and Alice E. Barber. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, William J.; a son, William “Jay” of Tinton Falls; a sister, Barbara J. Baggott of Robbinsville; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
