Mr. Ptaszynski, 62, formerly of Jackson, died Sept. 23, 2008, at home in Orlando, Fla., where he had lived since 1998. He was a production team member of the Chicopee division of Johnson & Johnson, Milltown. Mr. Ptaszynski is survived by his wife, Denise Emmett Ptaszynski; his children, Robert Jr. of Edison, Joseph of Jackson, Kelly of Toms River, Jennifer Johnson of Ocoee, Fla., Heather of Winter Garden, Fla., and Mary and Courtney of Orlando, Fla.; his stepchildren, Jennifer, Timothy and Lisa Hill of the Orlando area; two sisters, Barbara Zwolinski and her husband, Frank, of South River and Patricia Betchan and her husband, Glenn, of Winter Park, Fla.; and 12 grandchildren. A funeral Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, South River, followed by interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick, under the direction of the Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
