Mr. Tyner, 78, of Middletown, died Sept. 25, 2008, at Riverview Medical Center Red Bank. He was a self- employed carpenter, and retired building inspector for Middletown Township. He was predeceased by two sons Michael and Stephen Tyner. He is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Patricia and Harry Bossi of Washington, and Kathryn McCue of Fair Haven; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Tyner of Oregon; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Burial was at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown section of Hanover Township. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
