Mrs. Iadevaia, 89, of Ellicott City, Md., died Oct. 12, 2008, at home. She resided in South River, Monroe Township, and Naples, Fla., prior to relocating to Ellicott City. She co-founded and owned Tom Iadevaia & Son Nursery, Monroe Township, for 37 years, retiring in 1993. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Iadevaia; a brother, Antonio Posillico; and two sisters, Michelina Zaino and Carmela Vigliotta. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Tommaso; a son and daughter-in-law, Vincent and Anna of Monroe Township; a daughter and son-in-law, Rosa and Andrew Thierer of Ellicott City; a daughter-in-law, Rosa Iadevaia; two sisters, Caterina Stasi of Matawan, and Giuseppina Stasi of Treviso, Italy; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements were by M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Monroe Township. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. James the Less Roman Catholic Church, Jamesburg. Interment was at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
