‘Meet’ pilgrim at O.B. Library Nov. 8

The public will have the opportunity to “meet” with one of Plymouth Colony’s first female pilgrims, Constance Merriweather, at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 8 in the Central Branch of the Old Bridge Public Library. Hear what she has to say about her experiences as a celebrant of the First Thanksgiving in the new settlement in Plymouth Colony, 1621.

Local artist Kati Beddow Brower, dressed in period costume, will take you back in time with her spoken word and songs.
