Mr. Brennan, 80, of Little Silver, died Oct. 29, 2008. He was employed at Fedders Air Conditioning for 40 years, retiring as vice president and chief financial officer. He was also a financial consultant and arbitrator at the American Arbitration Association and the New York Stock Exchange. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rita; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and John Grau of Millstone Township; three sisters, Elizabeth Ryan of Falls Church, Va., Evelyn Williamson of Buffalo, N.Y., and Patricia Slater of Pueblo, Colo.; and two grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Cross Church, Rumson. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
