The Diocese of Metuchen will host its annualCatecheticalCongress from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Nov. 22 at the St. John Neumann Pastoral Center, 146 Metlars Lane, Piscataway.
All are invited to listen to some of the 25 featured speakers, ranging from Gail Poverman Kave, whose workshop is titled “The Power of Humor and Positive Thinking: Tips for Daily Joy and Peace,” to the Rev. Joseph Kerrigan, who will speak on “Bringing Your Class to Justice.” Cost is $35 per participant; lunch is included. Advance registration is requested.
