The public is invited to attend an interfaith Thanksgiving celebration at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 25 at the Metuchen Reformed Church, 150 Lake Ave., Metuchen. Sponsored by the Metuchen-Edison Area Interfaith Clergy Association, the event will include an interfaith community choir, interfaith youth group, African drums, and clergy representing many different faith traditions. A reception will follow, and a free-will offering will be collected to help those in need in the local community. Nonperishable food will also be collected to support area food pantries.
