Mrs. Stofman, 93, of Hunterdon, formerly of East Brunswick, died Nov. 16, 2008, in Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington. Her husband, Edward, died in 1989. Surviving are a son, Daniel of the Whitehouse Station section of Readington; two daughters, Maida Stofman of East Walpole, Mass., and Paula Andrews, and her husband, Christopher, of Australia; and two grandchildren. Graveside services were held at Beth El Cemetery, Washington Township. Arrangements were under the direction of Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick.
