Plays-in-the-Park sets ‘Joseph’ at State

The 14th annual Middlesex County Plays-in-the-Park holiday production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” will be presented at 7 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2 and 7 p.m. Dec. 27, and 2 p.m. Dec. 28 at the State Theatre, Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick.

The 2 p.m. Dec. 27 performance will be American sign-language interpreted. Audio description for blind and handicapped patrons will be offered at the Dec. 28 performance.

The show tells the Biblical story of Jacob and his 12 sons through music by Andrew Lloyd Weber and lyrics by Tim Rice.
