In a letter brief with attachments that he filed with the state Superior Court on Oct. 24, attorney Stuart Moskovitz attached a copy of certifications that had been prepared by Manalapan Township Committeewoman Susan Cohen and her husband, Eli Cohen, which he received from a Superior Court judge during an Oct. 10 hearing. In an Oct. 22 letter brief that he filed with the court, Moskovitz quoted from a certification that had been prepared by Manalapan Township Committeeman Anthony Gennaro, but he did not attach a copy of that certification to the paperwork he filed. The legal matter involves Moskovitz and the township of Manalapan.
