• Holiday Food Drive, sponsored by the East Brunswick Chamber of Commerce. Donations of kosher and nonkosher food items are sought to benefit needy families in the East Brunswick area. The Society of St. Vincent dePaul, Jewish Family Services of Southern Middlesex County and the South River Council of Congregations will distribute donations. • Coat Drive, sponsored by Dr. Debra De- Marco of Monroe Chiropractic Care, Jamesburg. Clean, new or gently used coats will go to Jersey Cares, a nonprofit group that aids needy families in New Jersey. Drop-off locations: Monroe Chiropractic Care, 15 E. • Food Drive, to benefit the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, at Vogue Hair and Nail Studios, Ticetown Square Mall, intersection of Route 9 and Ticetown Road, Old Bridge. Public encouraged to bring at least one can of nonperishable goods to the salon or donate $1 to the cause. All donors entered into a free raffle to win a gift basket containing products valued at more than $200.
