Mr. Conselyea, 64, of Sayreville, died Jan. 5, 2009, at home. He owned and operated Gene’s Pastry, Sayreville, the past 35 years. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Winnie Conselyea; a daughter and son-in-law, Danielle and Anthony Karwoski of Roswell, Ga.; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Eugene and Liza of Morganville, Scott of Monmouth Beach, and Brian and Jennifer of Jersey City; a sister and brotherin law, Marie and Louis Hrabar of Toms River; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be Jan. 8 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin. A funeral service will be Jan. 9 at 8:45 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Victories Roman Catholic Church, Sayreville. Burial will be at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
