Mrs. Cantamessa, 88, of East Brunswick, died Jan. 3, 2009, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Her husband, Peter Cantamessa Sr., died in 1992. Surviving is a son, Peter Cantamessa Jr. of East Brunswick. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Interment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Arrangements were under the direction of Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
