SENIOR MENUS

March 26-April 2

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.95. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution.
   All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   March 26 — Cream of broccoli soup, veal Marsala, scalloped potatoes, peas, Mandarin oranges, wheat bread, mini éclair. Shopping and Tell a funny story.
   March 27 — Pineapple juice, breaded pork chop, macaroni and cheese, green beans, minced coleslaw, bridge roll, banana. Bingo.
   March 28 — Apple juice, seafood salad, croissant, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, sugar cookies, milk.
   March 29 — Blended juice, roast beef, bye bread, potato salad, fresh fruit, granola bar, milk.
   March 30 — Corn chowder, loin of pork with gravy, sweet potatoes/apples, broccoli florets, applesauce, wheat bread, cherry crisp cobbler. Exercise and Share a Childhood Memory.
   March 31 — Chicken barley soup, meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets in orange sauce, citrus sections, dinner roll, butterfly pastry. Cards.
   April 1 — Vegetable rice soup, veal patty Marsala, browned red potatoes, carrots, citrus sections, bridge roll, chocolate pudding. Bingo.
   April 2 — Cranapple juice, Polynesian chicken, rice with mushrooms, peas with pearl onions, Romaine salad, Italian bread, red grapes. Bring a friend to lunch day.
