On Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, Metuchen will continue its tradition with one of the area’s longest-established Memorial Day parades.
The Memorial Day Parade Committee invites all veterans and active-duty personnel home on leave to join this important celebration. They should contact the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce by Tuesday, May 19, so that arrangements can be made for their participation.
The parade will begin at 10 a.m., rain or shine. A brief ceremony will be held at Memorial Park at the conclusion of the parade.
