The public is invited to take a closer look at “Carmen” by Georges Bizet during an “Opera Talk” program set for 7-8 p.m. May 13 at the East Brunswick Library, Jean Walling Civic Center. Guest presenter Joanna Barouch will discuss the complex anti-heroine, her tormented suitor Don Jose, and their romance. Admission is free of charge.
