Youth musical theater marking 12th birthday

Stardust, a musical-theater workshop for children in grades 4-8, is accepting applications for its upcoming summer classes. The program is celebrating 12 years of training young actors and singers.

Participants may choose from two sessions, each set to run for three weeks, 9 a.m.-2:15 p.m., Mondays-Thursdays, in the new performing arts wing at Sayreville War Memorial High School, Washington Road. Session 1 is set for June 29-July 15; session 2 is planned for Aug. 10-26.

Fee is $225 per child, with a sibling discount. Each session, which will culminate in the performance of a musical production, is taught by certified, licensed theater and music teachers.
